This might be the match of the season in the Serie A, but it is also a match that might not happen at all next weekend due to the recent Corona virus spread in Northern Italy. We have already seen games being canceled last weekend and we wouldn’t be surprised to see similar measures this weekend. Or perhaps the games will take place without any supporters. If the match should take place according to the original schedule, these are our predictions about the outcome:

Juventus vs Internazionale Predictions

Is the dominance of Juventus swindling or is this just a team adapting to a new coach and playstyle and thus spilling a bit more points then we are used from them? The jury is still out on that one. There were talks about sacking Sarri and bringing back Allegri, but as long as Juventus is still on top of the charts and in the race for the Champions League we expect that won’t be the case. What is more is that we heard Allegri is studying the English language…

The biggest problem for Juventus seems to be their static midfield. With Dybala and Ronaldo they have an insanely productive attack, but they need creative midfielders to create openings for them. Did Juventus miss the boat by not signing Eriksen? He would have seen the ideal creative midfielder Juventus is lacking. It was Inter though that contracted the former Tottenham star and sunday we will see how important this signing is in the race for the title.

Do or die for Inter

Inter will have to win against Juventus to keep the title in sight after losing to Lazio last week. The euphoria of winning in the derby against archenemy AC Milan didn’t last long, with Napoli already beating them in the first leg of the semi finals in the Copa and then Lazio negating Lukaku’s goal by scoring two themselves. Coincidence or the start of a decline?

As said above, there will probably be no supporters present during this game. If it gets played at all. There goes much of the home advantage for Juventus, despite this we are predicting Ronaldo to make the difference. As he has done so many times.
